Monday I forced myself to get back into the swing of things in Avon’s Goldtone Sparkling Accents Choker and Metallic Mix Drop Earrings!

I slept yesterday – so, I took full advantage of my more “rested” look today by taking selfies!

While I love these chokers, I prefer the silvertone one over the goldtone one – for some reason, the goldtone one looks somewhat cheap in person. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll definitely still wear it, but I don’t anticipate wearing it with dressier outfits. If you haven’t picked the two chokers up and you can’t decide which one you want – get the silvertone.

The earrings are beautiful and visually interesting! They are chunky and look it, so I was surprised that they weren’t heavy. I’d say they were on the lighter end of a medium weight. A nice surprise! One gripe: These have a rounded back where the post attaches, which causes the earring to tip forward since it isn’t flat. I am simply not a fan of this style. Not only does it lay funny, but it’s not comfortable to wear when talking with your ear to a phone.

Avon’s Shaky Chandelier Earrings were tinkling on my ears through Tuesday!

These earrings are positively delightful! Aside from being downright gorgeous, they are incredibly light and make a delicious tinkling sound like a belly dancer’s body chain! ::sashaying out of the room::

I’m totally feeling the old school black and white pearls in Avon’s Pearly Jet Layered Necklace and Earring Set!

I originally wasn’t too sure I’d like this particular set based solely on the photo in the What’s New, but I rolled the dice and figured I’d just return it if it didn’t pass muster during the peek test. I’m so glad I gave it a shot – it’s far better looking in person than I even imagined it could be! And, of course, it can go with anything!
