I wore one of Avon’s Pave Star Necklaces a couple of weeks ago (see original review) and suggested layering them for a different look—so I took my own advice on Saturday!!

I finally broke free Avon’s Medallion Velvet Choker from the Classic Glam A Box and paired it with the Iconic Vintage Style Earrings—isn’t it grand?!

I always receive at least one compliment when I wear a choker to work.  They just have a regal and sophisticated air about them–and this one worked its charm like every other one!  I heart my chokers!!

The earrings are dazzling on their own, but nobody really paid them much mind since I paired them with this choker–even though they match each other incredibly well and look like they could be part of the same collection!

Yesterday got away from me without posting Avon’s super fab Iconic Color Pop Statement Necklace in all its groovy multi-colored jewel-cluster goodness!

If you’re anti-color, skip this piece–otherwise, it’s a super fun one!  None of the colors are traditional, so it’s best paired with neutrals or a color that is represented in the stones–I opted for the latter.  Something about the shape of each stone cluster reminds me of a pachinko machine, which always brings back great memories of spending loads of time in my grandparents’ basement  (AKA: the game room) where they had one!  So, when I first laid eyes on this piece, it sparked a huge grin along with warm and fuzzy childhood memories!
