Agreed—both Tuesday and Saturday spoke loud to me.

  2. They’re all good.
However, Wednesday speaks volumes to me. Healing is your responsibility. I so believe and preach that.

    Are you doing alright?

You’re so intuitive! I’ve been struggling a bit, actually. I had to euthanize my 18-year-old kitty a couple of weeks ago, my 13-yesr-old kitty is not handling the loss well, and I am now “sleeping” like I have a newborn baby—I’m exhausted, and sad. Then add in a temporary firm-wide salary reduction and the social/political climate, and I am just generally bummed out. Partly from sleep deprivation, partly from grief, partly from disappointment, and partly from all those “other” feelings I can’t quite pin down. Just not really myself the past couple of weeks. Thank you for checking in on me!

      1. I’m sorry about your kitty. Both of them. It must be heartbreaking to see the remaining one struggle.

The salary reductions are real. I hear about it more and more. It’s really frustrating and sad.

I can totally understand how all this is overwhelming. Are you a napper? Have you tried “catching up” on sleep during the day?
I’d tell you to go out for a nature walk but I’m not sure if it’s something you’re up for right now. Sleep would be my priority. Your body is out of whack without it.

I would be a napper if I could be. I’m still working both my day job and my side gig. No time to nap, though I wish I could. I think getting my sleep back to normal would do a world of good to my overall disposition. 🙂
