  1. Ugh……Sundays QOTD resonates with me, definitely 🙄

All of these resonate with me, but I’m picking Thursday.

      1. I hope that you feel better soon my friend. I’m trying to figure out what the hell is making me feel so darn tired. But since I currently don’t have insurance I can’t go to the Dr to find out why. I just have try and do the best I can for now. So I’m sending you positive, healing vibes 🤗💜😋🤗💜

I wouldn’t be surprised if you’re dealing with a bit of depression—hell, we all are to some degree because of the pandemic. I’m hoping things will improve after spring arrives…and I need to get back to exercising regularly again, which will definitely help.

          1. You may be right, but since I don’t know what depression feels like I’m not even sure. I started to run and do my yoga because I’ve gained about 11 pounds since I stopped working and that just isn’t acceptable.

              Has exercising helped at all?

              1. It has, I mean when I do my state of mind is different when I exercise. I’m more positive and I have more energy. It’s keeping the routine the same is what I struggle with.

          2. I’m really worried that is the reason behind my recently reawakened tiredness. Hope not…

  3. Monday – In the past, I’ve been dead until about 9.30am, then – exhausted the whole day anyway. But, since I began working from home, I noticed that changed and I was able to stop complaining about being permanently tired. Wohoo! However, the past week or so, I’ve felt tired again… I hope it’s not going to become chronic like in the past but that it’s just a one-off thing.

    Tuesday – pretty much

    Wednesday – exactly

    Thursday – ha!

Friday – made me chuckle. While it does happen at times (or I start making lists for the next day), thankfully, most of the time I am able to wave those away.

    Saturday – Mhm

    Sunday – genius. My favorite.

Working from home originally made me less tired, but two years in, I’m as exhausted as I was pre-pandemic. I was away from home more than I was home pre-pandemic, and now I’m nearly on par with shut-ins…and I work more hours, and am always reachable now. I hope this is just a short phase for you and you kick the tiredness to the curb!

      1. And you! It’s really not optimal to feel this way.
