Monday is kind of my motto this year after recovering from burnout.

A good choice. Burnout is brutal. And we’re so often not gentle with ourselves as we deal with it. Why is it that when we need to be easy and gentle with ourselves, our inner voice turns into a drill sergeant that wasn’t hugged enough as a child.

Prolly cuz we weren’t hugged enough as children either. #GenXProblems

  4. A great reminder to take a pause sometimes.
Tuesday – ha! too funny! but in reality – no, thank you. Maybe 11 or 18, though.
    Wednesday – justice
Thursday – good one. However, to be ‘being honest’ just means… more brutal and with all the dirty details. I’m honest already.
    Friday – ehhh, wisdom
    Saturday – 🙂
    Sunday – !

Or just to take pause. 🤣

14 wasn’t too horrific for me—there were definitely more preferable ages though!

I’m always honest. Sometimes I bite my tongue though.

I still misidentify “salt” sometimes. 😔 I tend to take most people at face value, until they prove themselves liars or good first impressionists.
