While I focus a majority of my energy on my own Avon customers, I also have a small Avon team and we are known as Team Purrfection! My current team came about organically – meaning I didn’t “recruit” them, they came to me to join my team for various reasons – two of them have never bought a single Avon item from me, one didn’t even know me personally. Why do I tell you this? To let you know that I am not the one you should be looking to for advice on how to build a gigantic team in a traditional way – I simply don’t operate that way…probably because I wasn’t recruited either. *shrug*
All that said, I still think it’s important to dedicate one regular post per week to team building. I still love my team to death! So, Team Tuesday it is!
