P.S. How does ordering through your site work? Are you the one receiving and sending orders or is it centralized?

It’s completely up to you. You can have Avon deliver directly to your doorstep from the warehouse or, if you’re local-ish to me, I can deliver to you in person. I’m what you call a hybrid-rep. 😁

I don’t think we’re near… Is the ordering process the same for both routes? Sorry. I realize this is off-topic. I’m just curious how the process works. I only know of ordering in person through a paper catalogue and in-person delivery. I’m curious to know how the other method works.

If you want to order items to be delivered directly to you from Avon’s distribution center, enter your order online through your rep’s eStore link, place items in your cart, then (if they have both delivery options available) choose the option you want for delivery (regularly shipping, expedited shipping, or personal delivery from your rep), and complete the process like any other online order for direct delivery to your doorstep. Most of my in-person customers call, e-mail, or text me their orders instead of going through my eStore, but I do have a handful that put their order in for me to deliver to them. On the back end, those orders go in MY cart when I check out with my next order, then I contact them after I receive it to coordinate delivery/payment.
