Hopelessly Heather

The ramblings and obsessions of a longtime Avon lady

This week I featured daily sale highlights from Avon’s campaign 14 as follows:

fmg Colors of LOVE Blushing Beads Powder Blush

Monday’s Highlight:

Get your rosy glow on with Avon’s fmg Colors of LOVE Blushing Beads Powder Blush! The colorful heart-shaped and round blush beads are available in two shades which create a lightweight balanced flush of color, is great for all skin tones, and is free of parabens, phthalates, and fragrance.

Tuesday’s Highlight:

Enjoy premium fragrance layering for men with Avon’s Wild Country and Black Suede Bar Soaps! The fresh and rugged scent of Wild Country features notes of lavender, coriander seed, and sandalwood, while the fresh and warm scent of Black Suede features notes of bergamot, leather, and oak moss. Both moisturize while gently cleansing and leaving skin lightly fragranced as a great base to layer additional, complementary scents on top.

Wednesday’s Highlight:

Introducing the new Red Apple scent, along with Garden Basil and Lemon & Verbena, for Cucina Essentials Dish Soap and Refill! The concentrated, biodegradable mild, vegan gel leave surfaces spotlessly clean by effectively removing old grime and stains with citric acid microbubbles. All bottles are recyclable too!

Thursday’s Highlight:

Magix repackaged—Avon’s fmg Match Dust Finishing Powder (available in two shades) and Wand Foundation Stick (available in 13 shades) are here! The powder controls shine and sets your skin to glow by providing a glowing soft matte finish, diffusing light, visibly blurring pores, AND controlling shine! But wait, there’s more! It also contains green tea extract (an antioxidant) to enhance and smooth skin. Bam, bam, and BAM! The foundation stick does it all! Find your perfect base shade in the line of 13, then use that to cover and conceal. Go two shades darker to contour, or go two shades lighter to highlight! It’s buildable, so you can get the coverage you need and want, plus it smooths and evens out texture AND controls shine. The formula is infused with shea butter and vitamin E, is water-resistant and crease-proof, AND is free of parabens, sulfates and phthalates! Throw one in your purse to touch up on the go, plus one in your makeup bag today!

Friday’s Highlight:

Attracted to fruity and sweet scents? Avon’s Rare Amethyst Eau de Parfum Spray features notes of plum, violet and sandalwood – a delicious combination in a glamorous purple bottle.

Saturday’s Highlight:

Stock up on Avon’s Fruits & Passion Cucina Multi-Purpose Wipes–these things have become one of my favorite go-to products during the pandemic! Not only do they do all the things, but they smell DE-LI-CIOUS, and are super affordable. They are formulated with naturally-derived citric acid and pomegranate vinegar to clean and disinfect dirt, spills, and germs—available in a pleasing pomegranate scent!

Sunday’s Highlight:

Avon’s Moisture Therapy Intensive Healing & Repair Body Lotion is one of my most recommended products across gender lines due to its ability to moisturize the driest and roughest skin there is. Because it’s fragrance-free, it won’t interfere with any other scents you may have layered and it appeals to many of my eczema-laden customers because it actually works! I used to keep a bonus-sized bottle in my old office building’s restroom and it was used by everyone—particularly in the “extreme” weather (hot or cold) when your skin tends to dry out and crack the most. A little goes a long way and it LASTS! Snag your own bonus-sized bottle today!

And you are all caught up with this week’s highlights – catch you all in another week for the next roundup!

  1. Those blush beads look awesome. Have you tried those yet? If so, what’s your verdict?

I have not—the shades are both a bit too pink for me. I tend to wear peachier/browner blush shades.

      1. Oh okay then your like me. I wear more peach/neutral/brown shades as well. Pinks tend to make look a bit washed out or too pink depending on the shade.

Yup, I suspected as much—we both need warm tones.
