Are you constantly trying to create new content that will entice customers/team members and hitting a brick wall? Consider preparing an Avon newsletter!
First, compile an email list of your customers. Create an account with MailChimp (or another service like it) to create your email list(s). Add in email subscribers to your blog, family members, friends, coworkers and any other email addresses of folks you think would be interested in receiving your newsletter. Then pull your customer report from your back office that will list customer information you have input or received.
Once your email list is done, create your newsletter template. If you don’t know where to start, use one of theirs and modify it to your own needs. Make sure to save your template for easy future use.
Now comes the fun part: adding content to your newsletter! You can include anything you want including your recent social media posts, current and upcoming steals/deals, articles about your team and its members, blurbs about your favorite products, raves about your recent achievements, and anything else you think your customers will want to know!
You can send it out as often as you wish: weekly, biweekly, monthly or quarterly – just make sure to send them out regularly. You might just be surprised how many more sales and connections you make because of it – and, the best part, you’ll be re-purposing content you’ve already created!
