The ramblings and obsessions of a longtime Avon lady

Today I’m sharing my love affair with Avon’s Ultimate Utility Tote! I’ve been using this bag as my purse for about two years and absolutely love it!!

My freakish need for organization is more than met with this tote – there are ELEVEN pockets and dividers.  It’s the first purse I’ve ever owned that I had to figure out uses for all the pockets and dividers!

It’s big and deep enough that I can carry just about anything I need to at any given time (e.g., bottle of water, umbrella, Avon brochures, etc.) in addition to all the regular residents that never leave any of my bags.

I appreciate having handles to carry it (which are long enough to still throw over my shoulder) or a strap to to sling it across my body like a messenger bag.

The material is super easy to clean should you spill anything on it and it’s water resistant which is particularly helpful in our locale. It was available in two neutral colors – and that was my most difficult decision: navy or Army green. I have almost always defaulted to either black or brown, so I struggled with this particular choice, but ultimately opted for navy and have not been disappointed one little bit.  It was also crazy affordable!

This tote is definitely more of a casual daily bag, but I’m super practical so it absolutely suits me.  Two years of nearly daily use and this bag is still doing its job, though some of the stitching on the handles is starting to fray.

Unfortunately, this particular tote is no longer available, though it does sometimes pop up in the clearance section.
