Sometimes a few words of encouragement goes a long way! For those of you feeling discouraged with the growth of your Avon business, read on!
Unfortunately, almost none of us are able to be one of the few that makes a killing right out of the gate. In actuality, very few reps make much their first year. Most of us flounder around a lot trying to find what works for us and following a ton of advice from others that simply doesn’t work out. Once we find the things that actually work and start putting all of our energy towards them, then we truly start building our businesses.
If you hang onto the things that work, discard the things that don’t and keep trying new things to find other things that work – you will be glad you stuck it out. We all have ups and downs and we all question whether all the work is worth it. At the end of the day, only you can answer that as you are the only one who can take stock of your output versus your input.
Find the things that excite you and push you forward. If you are no longer getting excited about the things you are doing for your business, try something new to set yourself on fire again! Out of ideas? That’s what your community is here for – ASK! One thing it never runs out of is ideas!
