It’s Favorites Friday!!
Sometimes I’m not in the mood for a full lipstick color, but I still need a little hint of color to keep from looking subhuman – Avon’s True Color Lip Balm is the bomb!
I own all three subtle shades (Coral Crush, Pink Pucker and Plum Passion) which provide light to medium coverage based on your own preference (in beauty blogger speak, the color is buildable). The colors look terrifyingly bright in the tube, but don’t go on bright at all. It’s saying something when I can wear every shade directly from the tube!
It’s formulated with vitamin E to keep lips kissable moisturized, but it doesn’t have a waxy feel to it so you don’t end up scraping it all off with your teeth – oh wait, is that just a me thing?
These are great to carry in your purse to reapply as needed throughout the day and there’s no need for a mirror!
