On Monday I was back in black with Avon’s Petite Cluster Necklace and Earring Set! ::screamin’ guitar solo::
While I’ve seen several of these types of sets before, they’ve always been set in gold or silver. Setting it in black gives it a “dirtier”, more casual feel to it. Let those inner bad girls out to play, ladies!
I was in denial all week, but Wednesday I could no longer deny it—I’m sick again. That didn’t stop me from slapping on Avon’s Celestial Lariat Necklace and Light Blue Look of Luxe Stud Earrings and snapping a selfie!
The necklace continually frustrated me by hanging wonky or the chain getting hung up on one of the posts located on the back of the pendant—which also caused it to hang wonky. On top of that, I wasn’t a fan of the design choice of chain. I usually like chains with character, but I felt it was too busy with all the chains hanging down in a tassel formation. My eyes could never rest on a single aspect to appreciate its beauty.
However, the earrings were easy to appreciate–the hypnotic blue alone could have held my attention all day! Typical teardrops made special by their hue alone.
Those are all of the past week’s selfies! What was your favorite and how would you have worn it?!

Oh that black cluster she is to die for! And you killed it in your outfit too!
I’m with you on the long chain, it seems kinda busy, but totes love the earrings.

Oh, no. Feel better soon. In the meantime, stay away from me. LOL There’s so many people that are sick right now.
The blue definitely is hypnotizing.

I couldn’t escape it working in a large office. Everyone is sick. It’s like going back to elementary school—I still need to build up my immunities to these people’s germs!

Every time I hear some walk past me with a cough, I want to scream: “Lock yourself in an office!” That’s what I do when I’m sick yet insist on coming in to work.
