I glammed up my lobes to go listen to my bestie perform last Sunday night in the flower studs in Avon’s Holiday Glamour Stud Earring Duo (unfortunately, they are no longer for sale)!

These daisies won’t ever die–and they are perpetually in style with a super art deco feel to them!  They are modernized by their black setting, but that’s where the modern touches end.  From there, it’s all 1960s peace and love, man. 

I marched (<—-see what I did there?) through Monday in Avon’s Spring Shimmer Long Pendant Necklace and a pair of studs from the Assorted Floral Earring Pack!

The chain on the necklace is pure luxury!  It’s super smooth, so the pendant glides along effortlessly, and it doesn’t snag on clothing or skin.  It’s super long, so I wrapped it around my neck twice to bring the pendant up to the level I wanted to wear it.  The pendant is heavy, but so pretty!  It reflects colors that back it up and are around it, so the hue of the stone changes somewhat depending on what you’re wearing it with, but it’s beautiful any way you wear it.  The earrings are beautiful golden leaves and remind me of a rose stem–a great way to interpret the floral trend without being literal!

Friday I plugged my ears with the large-sized silver pearl studs in Avon’s Pearly Earring Variety Pack (no longer for sale)!

I generally shy away from large round stud earrings, but these complemented my outfit perfectly!  While I’d have preferred them to be half rounds (flat on the backs, so they sit flush with my earlobes), these weren’t too obnoxious–but I also didn’t have to talk on a traditional phone handset much, keeping the stems from stabbing me in the neck.  It’s always a good day when you don’t get stabbed in the neck…
