I stumbled through Monday in Avon’s Modern Pink Loop Earrings!

These earrings may be feather light, but they pack a big accessory punch!  The wire loop is unusually long, which I originally wasn’t keen on–but then I put them on.  I might just be a sucker for pink and black together, but I feel like these make a huge statement without having to take up the space “true” statement pieces traditionally occupy.  For those of us who are on the smaller side, these are a godsend!  Fun, interesting, beautiful–you can have all three!

I blasted through Thursday in Avon’s VDL Tint Bar Triple Shot in Triple Peach, Pearly Sparkle Teardrop Y Necklace, and Deco Teardrop Earrings!

My love affair with pearls continues, unfortunately so does my disappointment with Y necklaces.  The way this one hung on me was all jacked up.  I could pull it straight, but as soon as I moved, it would do this again.  I finally just gave up.  I think I have sticky skin.  ::huff::  The earrings look very Victorian to me–and that is not a criticism.  I think they are darling…and would look delicious paired with a choker that sparkles.  And bare shoulders.  Yes, I can picture it.  Now just to make it happen!

There’s definitely a learning curve to learn which way to turn the three shades to get them applied properly, but I think I finally figured it out.  This formula is fabulous–it kept my lips soft and moisturized for HOURS!  I’m happy to see some new tinted lip balms because…options.  I love options.  And sometimes I need a little color added, but am not interested in a full lipstick application.  This provides a happy medium.

I closed out the work week in Avon’s Rouge Powder Matte Lipstick in Rose Powder and their Modern Chandelier Statement Earrings!

Want to feel like a million bucks?  Put on a set of dazzling chandelier earrings and collect compliments all. day. long.  Yaaasssss!  This matte lipstick is a true matte, but doesn’t dry out your lips, so it’s the best of both worlds.  Despite it being a rose shade, it went on as a brighter pink, so I had to blot it into submission using my lip gloss trick–while I don’t mind correcting shades using the trick, some days I really don’t want the glimmer of a gloss on my lips.  Oh, well…
