Last Saturday was date night at the hubs’ favorite restaurant, which called for Avon’s Look of Sapphire Necklace and Earring Set!

Lookie, lookie, LOOKIE!!!!  Where are my heart eye emojis when I really need them?!  This set is friggin’ gorgeous!  Sure, the design is traditional, but it also never goes out of style and is elegant.  And, ZOMG, just look at that vibrant blue!!  If I could marry this set, I’d do it in a heartbeat!

I went for a relaxed beachcomber look on Wednesday in Avon’s Natural Beauty Petite Hoop Earrings!

These earrings are even cuter in person–they are more graphic and pop a lot more than my subpar photos show.  If you can’t tell by the photo, the lightweight shells are colored with angled navy and white stripes–a really fresh take on the nautical theme.  I also really dig the design of the charm having free reign on the hoop–maybe a charm set for hoop earrings will be in Avon’s future?  How fun would that be?!

I drug my butt through Friday Jr. in the small studs from Avon’s Sparkling Scroll Earring Set!

Okay, I know, I’m seriously scraping the bottom of the barrel this week by posting these studs as a standalone selfie, but Avon hasn’t been releasing as many jewelry pieces each campaign as they used to.  I hope that it isn’t a sign of things to come, otherwise I’ll have to branch out more with makeup, though the idea really makes me cringe since I don’t like spending a whole lot of time on my makeup, and am in my comfort zone having found the base look that works for me.  Alternatively, I could do my roundup blog post every other week instead of weekly, but never mind me–I’m just thinking out loud.

Anyway, these earrings are nothing special, though everyone should have a similar pair to fall back on.  Sometimes simple and basic is the way to play.
