Ooh, la la—officially Paris bound in Avon’s Side Button Detail Top, Whimsical Heart Pendant Necklace (no longer available), and Rosegoldtone How Charming Earring Pack (no longer available)!! This is the outfit I opted for to kick off our Paris vacay, and it was perfect for so much traveling.
This top is a fun, vibrant pink that provides a great pop of color! The fabric is a forgiving, stretchy medium-weight that flows over bumps and bulges without clinging, the cut is super flattering, and the buttons add extra visible interest. Two thumbs up!
The necklace is thicker, heavier and bulkier than I anticipated, which isn’t necessarily bad, but I should’ve opted for a smaller scale necklace to travel in. That said, my poor choice of when to wear it shouldn’t be a knock against the necklace itself. It really is a pretty piece, and I really love the little clear stone at the top of the heart. The heart stud earrings look exactly like a pair I owned as a young girl, so I felt more than a little nostalgia when I put them on–they were the perfect counterpart to the necklace!
The first full day in Paris called for a classic look—opals it is…in Avon’s Opalesque Oval Necklace and Earring Set (no longer available)! We hit up the Eiffel Tower, and I wore an outfit that screamed Parisienne! The necklace and earring set is super traditional, so it’s impossible to say anything negative about it. The opals are very colorful and reflect colors around them beautifully, so they were the perfect adornment to my outfit for the day’s activities.
Hitting up the catacombs looking fly today in Avon’s Split Sleeve Top with Grommets and Fireball Layered Necklace and Earring Set! There’s nothing like looking cute to go see a bunch of ancient bones! The top is a great color, and the split sleeves with grommets provide a fun visual focus. The fabric is a medium weight and the pattern is positively adorable–I loved it! The necklace and earring set was a lovely, simple addition to the top, though I wish the layered necklace had been a little bit longer…it kept falling behind the top, and I had to keep pulling it back out, but it would make a lovely addition to a higher (or lower) necked top.
Shopping day in Paris + long strand of beads = #BougieAF in Avon’s Shimmer Neutrals Double Layer Necklace (no longer available) and the goldtone ribbon drop earrings from their Breast Cancer Awareness Multi Earring Pack! I looped this extra-long necklace three times around my neck to create the appearance of a dual strand choker while retaining one long strand for drama, which received a lovely compliment from a fun Brioni salesperson just off Champs-Élysées. The simple dangly gold breast cancer ribbon earrings were a lovely touch of shine that picked up the twinges of gold in some of the necklace beads.
Bopping around Paris like…
I wore Avon’s Mother of Pearl Moon Overlay Necklace (no longer available) and Everyday Cable Earring Pack to explore Paris by foot. The mother of pearl and silver moon overlay in the necklace is a gorgeous design, and the simple silver hoop earrings maintain a low profile so they allow whatever other jewelry is paired with it to shine while still quietly completing the look.
All you need is l’amour…and a beret! 👩🏻🎨 I kept my jewelry low-key and wore the pretty twisted hoop earrings from Avon’s All You Need Earring Pack to hit up Rue Crémieux and Centre Pompidou. Nothing over the top or showy, but still a classic and classy addition to complete the day’s look.
Everything is peachy keen when you’re on vacation—even my earrings! To explore Montmartre, I wore Avon’s Peachy Keen Beaded Teardrop Hoop Earrings. These beauties include a ton of different beads, but they are very striking together. Teardrop danglies are among my favorite shapes, so (in my book) it’s hard to go wrong with these, unless you’re not a fan of peach. But who doesn’t love peach?

It was a (mostly) fun trip—and there’s still a part 2 coming! Thanks for reading and checking out the vacay pics—I figured captions were the best way to go, rather than write up one or more sentences per photo…it would have taken me even longer to get the post posted then! 🤣
