Saturday I ran around in Avon’s super casual Tina Cold Shoulder Top in Purple and the sun charm from the Daily Charm Necklace Set! (See other charms from the set featured here and here.)
The top is made up of thick ribbed t-shirt material, making it a bit too oppressive to wear in any kind of actual heat, but it’s not remotely see-through! I found that the heavier material wasn’t as forgiving towards hiding my mama belly as a thinner material would have been. If you need something that isn’t clingy, skip on by this one. The cut outs on the shoulders are generous, but still small enough to not look ridiculous on someone (like me) that has weak shoulders. I chose the purple top and, while I love it, it’s more orchid/pink than a traditional purple. If you don’t do pinkish hues, pick up one of the patterned tops instead. I do love that this top actually has some length to it so it covers my trouble spots – and the rounded bottom in the front further helps with tummy concealment…total wins!
On Tuesday, I was chasing rainbows in Avon’s Rainbow Riches Necklace! We had the rain – just needed the sun!
I love the modern twist this necklace provides with all the colored stones!
Wednesday evening I savored the stormy evening (thunder, lightning, downpours and power surges) cuddled up on the couch at home with no power for about an hour and took the opportunity to post my AM selfie in Avon’s Colorful Beaded Earrings in Blue!
[…..REVIEW…..]
Those are all of the past week’s selfies! What was your favorite and how would you have worn it?!

I generally leave cold shoulder blouses alone because I have weak shoulders – no need to draw attention to that flaw! This top is pretty forgiving in that regard and the color is amazeballs! I’m just not a fan of how thick the material is – I was overheated and it’s not at all forgiving in how it lays.
I love the earrings, but wish they’d chosen colored see through beads rather than the ones they did…I really do think the beads cheapen the look overall.
