Hopelessly Heather

Know what Wednesday was? Hair cut and color day!! FINALLY! Sporting Avon’s Lavender Freshwater Pearl Necklace and Earring Set since I’ll be going “out” and “socializing.”

Again, these are very lightly tinted lavender.  You can see it best in the close up photo of the earring.  The necklace I received barely has a lavender tint to it, which you can only see in dim lighting…and y’all ain’t never gonna get a selfie of me in dim lighting if I can help it!  That said, even though this set isn’t as lavender as I’d have liked, they are still beautiful pearl pieces–and you know I love me some pearl pieces!

Also, because you’re all probably dying to know: the hairs turned out great!

On Thursday, I casually worked from home in Avon’s Beaded Dragonfly Pendant Short to Long Necklace and the green studs from their Good Vibes Earring Pack!

Beaded necklaces always take me back to my tween years, and this one definitely would have fit in!  I seriously dig the bright green color, and the dragonfly pendant is substantial–making this necklace really eye-catching!  Avon been making more and more of the long to short adjustable necklaces, which I love, but this one had stoppers in place on the chain to keep the beads from sliding past–and the beads kept me from cinching the chain up  where I’d have preferred it–another 1″-2″.

The earring set is to die for!  I actually only bought it for the one pair of opal drop earrings (featured in Friday’s selfie this week), but I was delightfully surprised to find several pair on the backing card that I will be wearing.  This vibrant green pair ended up matching the necklace’s unusual hue so well that I had to wear them together.  They make a great couple!

On Friday, I completed my work week in the opal drop earrings from Avon’s Good Vibes Earring Pack!

LOOK. AT. THESE. BEAUTIES!!!!  ::screaming::  I cannot list enough flowery adjectives to convey just how in love with these I am!  The top stud piece is a clear CZ stone, and the opal pendant at the bottom did not disappoint!  The chains are approximately 1-1/2″ to 2″ long (I am being lazy and not going to go measure them for the actual length) and light as a feather.  Avon is going to make me go broke if they keep putting out all these amazing pieces!  Hello, my name is Heather, and I am an Avon jewelry addict…
