I adore Avon’s Beyond Color Lipstick line! The shades are on the more traditional side, which really suits me. While I like several shades in the line, my go to shade is Truffle – a deep brick red-brown. I can slather it on for a saturated and dramatic look or I can blot it to achieve various lighter versions including one that makes my lips look as though I’ve been nibbling them…a warm dark pinkish shade.

Some of you are aware that I enjoy hiking. The bugs…not so much. This is where Avon’s Skin So Soft Bug Guard Plus IR3535 Aerosol Spray comes in! I prefer aerosol sprays because I like efficiency – who wants to spend 10 precious minutes guarding themselves against bug gangs? Not me!

Let’s finally address the elephant in the room! Anyone who follows me at all knows my absolute number one favorite thing about Avon is the jewelry. One could even say I have a slight “problem” though I would argue back that some people buy themselves a coffee to treat themselves and I buy Avon jewelry instead! All of their pieces are affordable, durable, hypoallergenic and, most of all, fashionable. Even better – they don’t look like they are affordable.

I have a confession to make: I don’t drink coffee or tea – I think they both taste disgusting. In November 2017, I also stopped drinking soda for several months, but found I needed something to keep me awake and help me function in the AMs. Avon’s Espira Natural Energy came to my rescue!
