Monday I forced myself to get back into the swing of things in Avon’s Goldtone Sparkling Accents Choker and Metallic Mix Drop Earrings!
I slept yesterday – so, I took full advantage of my more “rested” look today by taking selfies!
While I love these chokers, I prefer the silvertone one over the goldtone one – for some reason, the goldtone one looks somewhat cheap in person. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll definitely still wear it, but I don’t anticipate wearing it with dressier outfits. If you haven’t picked the two chokers up and you can’t decide which one you want – get the silvertone.
The earrings are beautiful and visually interesting! They are chunky and look it, so I was surprised that they weren’t heavy. I’d say they were on the lighter end of a medium weight. A nice surprise! One gripe: These have a rounded back where the post attaches, which causes the earring to tip forward since it isn’t flat. I am simply not a fan of this style. Not only does it lay funny, but it’s not comfortable to wear when talking with your ear to a phone.
