It’s finally October, so I felt like the Halloween stuff could come out to play! Avon’s Sparkling Spider Necklace and Earrings (sold separately) were just the ticket to kick off the season! These are surprisingly nice Halloween jewelry pieces – not cheap or cheesy! I particularly love the spider necklace – from a distance you may not even realize it’s a spider, it’s THAT pretty!
I love the mod vibe of Avon’s Mark Primrose Pearl Dangle Earrings – so fresh! These earrings look substantially heavy but, surprisingly, they aren’t! I honestly thought they were going to be as heavy as the other mod ones they had earlier this year, so I was delighted to find I was wrong! The flat button that hangs against the lobe is super comfy – even when talking on the phone. I’m a big fan of mod earrings that won’t make my lobes pay a hefty price of admission to wear!
Monday’s look featured Avon’s Mila Dress, Hematite Contemporary Beads Necklace (and Earring Set) and Café Chic Drop Earrings – classy, elegant and the perfect weight dress for an early autumn day!
Last Saturday I grabbed pizza with the hubs and a few of his moto friends, so I went retro French in Avon’s Black and White Striped Chelsea Tee (which comes in a 4-pack with 3 other great tees!) and the Baguettes from the Diamondesque Stud Earring Trio!
On Tuesday it was back to our regularly scheduled program: selfies! I wore Avon’s very dainty Sterling Silver Onyx Teardrop Necklace and Sterling Silver Onyx Teardrop Earrings. These pieces are much smaller than I thought they’d be – not a bad thing at all, just not what I’d anticipated! They are delicate and pretty lightweight, so the necklace pendant flipped over a lot. Besides that minor annoyance, these are classic, elegant and very gift-able!
